A new phase of development at Newark’s expanding Brunel Park has brought the prospect of the creation of 40 more jobs.
Developer, Taylor Lindsey’s successful Telford Court development is being extended to create a range of new units from 1,000 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft, which are being offered on flexible lease terms.
“We are already fielding enquiries for the new units which will be available in September of this year. We expect that this new development will create about forty new jobs. These are very high-quality units. With flexible lease terms on offer, we expect strong demand,” said Tim Shaw, partner at chartered surveyors, Hodgson Elkington.
Taylor Lindsey’s Alastair Twell said, “We were able to make a start on site immediately planning permission was granted and the development has run entirely to plan. Telford Court has become the home of many successful local and national businesses. We now have new units available in a range of sizes to attract other enterprises to the development”.
